Are you looking forward to the Christmas holiday?
Or are you (secretly or openly) dreading it?
I used to treat Christmas like a massive project. I started when the children went back after the November school holidays, and would write a master list of everything that needed to be done for Christmas.
Then I would buy a new notebook and write down what needed to be done every day up to Christmas day itself.
The holiday completely dominated my life for six weeks – and passed in a flash, with so little to show for it, I often thought!
And, of course, the last person I thought about was me; the last person I took care of was me. No wonder I found it a most unfulfilling time of year.
So if this is you, and you would like to do it differently this year, then my coach Pat Honiotes is offering a way to completely re-think things in a one-hour class on November 29th at 8pm UK time, 2pm CT, for just £10 ($20).
