I’ve made my first mandala!
I have had a wonderful day in a workshop run by Gabby van Heerden, creating my first mandala!
Gabby, who lives in South Africa, was in London for an Abraham Hicks workshop (the first in the UK) and came up to Sheffield to run this workshop.
She is an amazing person, a wonderful teacher, and I thoroughly enjoyed my day with her. See more of what she does here.
Now I have my mandala in my office as a focus for my dreams and intentions for Spiritus in the the weeks ahead.
